Communication

The School is always open to you. If you have any queries, please give us a call and we will arrange an appointment as soon as possible. For morning messages, there are contact books in the school office. At the end of the day teachers are available to talk to parents once they have registered out all of their children. In addition, we organise termly parents’ evenings. A written report on your child’s progress will be given to you at the end of the Spring Term and can be discussed at the parents’ evening held shortly afterwards.

We will send newsletters home with your children on a regular basis, usually every week. If you do not seem to be receiving all of these letters, you will find copies of them on our information board at the front of the school and on our school website. We also send out a diary of events at the beginning of each term. We encourage parents to receive the newsletter by email and many of our families now prefer to receive their copy in this way.

We use a text service to contact you quickly and efficiently about school events.
